About Mary
I'm Mary Johnson, an English-speaking counselor and life coach with an international background and over two decades of experience in mentoring and personal development. Having lived and worked abroad for many years, I know first-hand what it means to navigate change, adapt to new environments, and rediscover who you are in the process.
My coaching and counseling work focuses on helping expats and individuals navigating life's challenges who may be questioning their new identity, feeling blocked or overwhelmed, or seeking clarity and balance in their lives.
My approach is warm, empathetic, and insightful. I listen deeply and help you uncover patterns, strengths, and possibilities that lead to meaningful change. As a qualified counselor, I support clients in finding direction, confidence, and fulfillment — in both their personal and professional lives.
