About Stas
I gave lessons to five bachelor students: with me, they saw math from another angle, they understood and even liked the subject. In the end, they all succeeded in this branch, whereas they felt left behind in the beginning, what made it possible for them to make progress in their studies and love this subject!

I will be delighted to share my knowledge in the field of math, to help you succeed in one of the most abstract, complicated, but one of the most exciting branches of the exact sciences! I like to make people understand in a playful way: if you come out of the abstract of formulas and figures with concrete examples that speak to you, then it becomes very easy to integrate the material and to become a maths pro!
One of the biggest problems that students have is that they either have shortcomings from previous years or have not integrated the essence of mathematical logic. Once these basic concepts are recovered, it will become easy for you to understand your current material.
We will work according to 4 central points:
1) We analyze what difficulties you have in the course: which concepts are the most difficult for you to grasp; what are the gaps that are jeopardizing your progress?
2) We create together an individual work strategy depending on your preferences: by following an adapted approach our progress will be the most efficient.
3) I'll explain the theory in a manner that will speak to you, illustrating by easy examples; we then solve the exercises: the best understanding is in the application.
4) By analyzing the style of questioning of your professor, we maximize your scores. Sometimes misunderstanding of what you are asked to do or know that the blocks reveal themselves!
