About Suha

As an Economics undergraduate at LUMS and an A* holder in A-Level Economics, I bring both strong academic credentials and a recent, firsthand understanding of the examination systems my students navigate. Having completed O Levels and A Levels myself not long ago, I am familiar with the challenges students face and the strategies that help them succeed.

My goal is to help students move beyond memorization and develop a genuine understanding of Economics. I believe that when students grasp the logic behind economic concepts and models, they not only perform better in examinations but also build analytical skills that remain valuable in higher education and beyond. This concept-based approach allows students to tackle unfamiliar questions confidently rather than relying solely on rote learning.

I place great importance on professionalism, preparation, and consistency. Every lesson is carefully planned, and I strive to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and steadily improving. Regular feedback and clear communication ensure that both students and parents can track progress effectively.

Whether a student is aiming to improve their grades, prepare for examinations, or strengthen their understanding of Economics, I am committed to helping them achieve their academic goals while building a strong foundation in the subject.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is student-centred, focusing on identifying each student's specific strengths, weaknesses, and learning style. I believe Economics is best learned by understanding concepts rather than memorizing definitions, so I break down complex theories into simple, relatable examples and guide students through their application in exam-style questions. My lessons are interactive, encouraging students to ask questions, think critically, and develop confidence in the subject.

I tailor each lesson to the student's needs, whether they require help with conceptual understanding, exam preparation, essay writing, data response questions, or past paper practice. Particular emphasis is placed on addressing areas where students struggle and building a strong foundation before moving on to more advanced topics.

A typical lesson lasts between 60 and 90 minutes and includes concept explanation, guided practice, exam-focused techniques, and revision of key learning points to ensure long-term retention.

I am currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Economics at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), home to one of Pakistan's most reputable Economics programs. I also achieved an A* in A-Level Economics, giving me a strong academic foundation in the subject. Having completed my O Levels and A Levels recently, I possess a close understanding of the Cambridge examination system, common student challenges, and effective exam strategies. In addition, I have extensively studied the SSC and HSSC Economics curricula, enabling me to support students following local examination boards as well.

My lessons are suitable for O Level, A Level, SSC, and HSSC Economics students who are looking to strengthen their understanding of Economics, improve examination performance, or achieve top grades.
