Here is a little about me. university educated health care professional , fitness professional among other interesting things.
So that takes care of the academic stuff, but on a personal level all of my work life has involved educating , teaching , coaching people of all different walks of life. My focus is student based and sessions will be adapted to individual needs and abilities . An enjoyable and productive experience is the aim.
