Teaching methods:
1. Personalized learning- I tailor teaching methods to the student's strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles.
2. Engagement- I try my best to keep the students engaged by soliciting questions, making sure they understand the material fully, bring real-life examples.
3. Understanding- I make sure that the students don't memorize the material, but instead actually understand it.
4. Regular feedback- this is necessary for students understanding their strengths and weaknesses.
A typical lesson plan:
1. Introduction- brief review of the last lessons
2. Core- teaching the concept using different explanations and practical examples
3. Practice- answering practice problems and completing practice tests
4.Discussion- discussing the solutions and answering any questions
5. Review and homework- doing the review of the lesson, and giving homework
