About Olimpia

I have taught English (spanish for foreigners and mathematics as well) intermittently for 5 years. I privately taught 10 students during this period of time, thus they have managed to reach high levels of English in record time so as to only make a minimum expenditure on getting their international certifications.
The least interested in a full domain of English language, have managed to pass the subject with good grades, since this subject is considered mandatory in junior high school and high school in Mexico City.

About the lesson

I am a student of linguistics, my classes are aimed at people of all ages, from 6 year old children to adults who want to start or continue their studies of English.
My teaching method is flexible, I evaluate the student's competencies and preferences. If you are interested in mastering grammatical structures, we analyze structures and practice them; if you are interested in speaking fluently and having a better listening comprehension, we practice and correct your possible mistakes. Of course we can do both!
I am attentive to your needs, I can easily identify your areas of opportunity and help you improve your english level faster than it would happen if you attended an english school, because with this option, my attention is totally yours.

Excellent! Olimpia is an excellent teacher, she is patient and her classes are very dynamic. She can travel somewhere and is flexible in schedules to take classes, shows great interest in the learning of their students. I am very satisfied with the Olympia classes

Perfect! Excelente persona, es una maestra muy responsable y comprometida, tiene un gran dominio del idioma y además sus clases son muy dinámicas y entretenidas, es realmente agradable tomar clases con ella, la recomiendo mucho.

Javier es un excelente alumno, tiene un nivel de inglés avanzado, y sabe identificar él mismo lo que necesita para mejorar. Me parece que tenemos una buena comunicación y nos entendemos bien. Después de cada clase tiene un avance significativo y me da gusto su interés genuino en el idioma. ¡Bien Javier, es un gusto trabajar en equipo contigo!

The rates vary depending on your location. The difference is not big, just 40 pesos if you are further than 8 km from my location. The reason is the opportunity cost of my time.
