I have been practicing under Tami for several years, some of the things that I appreciate is Tami always encouraging us to work towards the level we feel that particular day and offering multiple modifications to us as her students. Tami has continued offering zoom classes - which started during covid - and that has really worked with my schedule. Tami has a warm, welcoming personality that fosters a community and many of the others in the group are not just fellow Yogis but friends. Tami offers classes that are tailored to our unique physical goals as well as some unique and interesting workshops.

Tami is an excellent yoga instructor; she is knowledgeable in postures and alignment, inclusive, and makes everyone feel seen. Tami's classes are well planned and she offers modifications to make it as easy as you want or as challenging as you want. She is one of the best!
