About Claire

It’s been over 10 years since I stepped on the Yogic path. Slowly, it became a sanctuary, a calling, a refuge, a space of reclamation for my Body, Mind and Spirit. What Yoga has gifted me is a home - within - to return to, a space to root, to move, to feel, to stretch, to be and become.

In 2015 I travelled to India to study and practise. While abroad I obtained my RYS-200 Yoga Alliance Certification through Siddhi Yoga in Goa. It would take a few more years to find myself truly rooted enough in my own practice to feel comfortable guiding others.

For me, Yoga is harmony, an experience that permeates our physicality, a dance with infinity. This space, where Mind, Body and Breath come together in unison, is where expansion happen.

Our world needs healing and the place to begin is within. Coming back into harmony with ourselves, naturally, brings us back into balance with the planet. Our inner-conflicts are our external ones. Through Pure Heart Healing Arts, I offer you guidance along your Yogic path and Healing through Thai Massage to support your well-being along the way.

If you are new to these practises, consider this is an invitation to experience the joy of self-nourishing through Yoga & Thai Massage and see how your bliss unfolds.

About the lesson

Yoga is a personal journey, each individual must come to it with an open heart and mind, from there let the magic unfold!

As you begin your journey back home, to heart, by synthesizing the mind, breath and body you will begin to experience yourself and your relationships in a new light.

My techniques are varied but all are rooted in the foundational philosophy surrounding the 8 fold path of Yoga, which works as a road map inwards to the ultimate state of Samadhi or Bliss.

All levels are welcome! if you are brand new to yoga or have experience but are looking to deepen or expand your practise by building a more consistent practise -- I am here to help :)

What you can expect from me:

- A free 15 minute consult to assess where you are at and what your goals are
- We custom designed sequence each week, including a meditation, yoga practise and check in from previous week
- An overview of the basic, foundational knowledge of Yoga to help you understand the principles and philosophies surrounding this ancient practise
