About Jeriel
Hello! I'm Teacher Jeriel, a Licensed Professional Teacher, TEFL-certified ESL instructor, and college educator with a strong passion for language learning and communication.
I take pride in being a teacher who is professional, dependable, and committed to continuous growth. My academic journey—from graduating as Summa Cum Laude to pursuing a Master's degree in Teaching English—reflects my dedication to excellence and lifelong learning. I believe that if I expect my students to invest in their growth, I should do the same.
Over the years, I have worked with learners from diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels, which has taught me the importance of patience, adaptability, and genuine connection. Whether inside a college classroom or an online learning environment, I strive to create a space where students feel respected, heard, and motivated to learn.
Beyond my qualifications, what students can expect from me is consistency. I value punctuality, preparation, and professionalism in every lesson. I understand that students invest not only their money but also their time and trust, and I take that responsibility seriously.
For me, teaching is more than a profession. It is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. My goal is to help learners grow not only in their English skills but also in their confidence to communicate and connect with the world.

Hello! I'm Teacher Jeriel, a Licensed Professional Teacher, college English instructor, and TEFL-certified ESL teacher with more than four years of experience teaching learners from different countries and language backgrounds.
What makes my lessons different is that I don't believe English is learned by memorizing grammar rules alone. I believe it is learned through meaningful communication, confidence-building, and practical use. In my classes, you'll have a supportive environment where making mistakes is part of the learning process, not something to be afraid of.
As both an ESL teacher and a college English instructor, I know how to adjust lessons to fit your learning style, goals, and proficiency level. Whether you want to improve your conversational English, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, business communication, or overall fluency, I will guide you step by step with patience and encouragement.
Because I have worked with learners from diverse backgrounds, I understand the challenges of speaking a second language. My goal is not only to help you speak English correctly but also to help you speak with confidence in real-life situations.
If you're looking for a teacher who is professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in your progress, I would be happy to be part of your English learning journey. Let's learn, communicate, and grow together—one conversation at a time.
