About Gevenia
I am passionate about teaching young people. The biggest reward for me is when students start to believe in themselves and their abilities. Learning is most transformative when students feel safe and are offered the opportunity to fail without fear.

A typical session with me will include a brief check in, warm up, content instruction and a check for understanding. During the pandemic I learned to maximize online learning. So I bring this knowledge with me to help keep students engaged.

Perfect! Gevenia was flexible braved the rain storm and a closed library. So we met at a local establishment. The girls felt comfortable and are excited to get started with their new tutor. Devised a concrete plan to hone in on strengths and close gaps on areas that need improvement.
