About Aanisa
I am a caring, professional female personal trainer who knows how to have a good time! I love exploring new foods, taking myself on solo dates, watching movies, travelling, hitting the gym, and boxing. I design programmes that are as fun as they are effective, making sure my clients enjoy every session while smashing their goals. My lessons are friendly, engaging, and full of energy—I genuinely care about my clients’ mental and physical wellbeing and love building great relationships along the way. Training with me is all about results, laughter, and feeling amazing!

Level 3 Female PT & boxer with 10+ years’ experience, supported by an MSc in Neuroscience. I blend technical boxing skill with evidence-based training helping clients improve fitness and overall athletic performance. I build strong client relationships and deliver personalised, effective training.
