About Oluwadamilola
I am an 18-year-old tutor who enjoys expanding my knowledge and helping others understand challenging concepts. I genuinely enjoy teaching because seeing a student finally understand something they once found difficult is incredibly rewarding. As a young tutor, I can relate well to students and understand that everyone learns differently. I aim to create a comfortable and supportive environment where students feel confident asking questions, making mistakes and taking their time when necessary. I also have experience mentoring students at school and spent a year working as a Crew Trainer, where I developed my ability to explain information clearly, support others and adapt my approach to different people.

I understand that a topic that seems straightforward to one student can be challenging for another. Everyone learns at a different pace, so I am patient and willing to explain concepts in different ways until the student feels confident with them. My lessons are tailored to each student’s individual needs. We can focus on topics they find difficult, strengthen their understanding of the fundamentals, work through practice questions and develop effective exam techniques. I can break difficult concepts into manageable steps and adapt my explanation when a student doesn’t understand something.
My goal is not simply to help students memorise methods, but to help them understand why something works so that they can approach similar questions independently and with greater confidence.
