About Lenil
Hello! I’m Teacher Lenil, a TESOL-certified and Licensed Professional Teacher with 7 years of experience teaching English online to learners from different backgrounds and proficiency levels.
Over the years, I have learned that every student has unique needs, learning styles, and goals. That is why I make my lessons patient, engaging, supportive, and personalized. Whether you are a beginner learning your first English words, a young learner developing communication skills, or an adult looking to improve your confidence in English, I am here to guide you every step of the way.
My teaching approach combines clear explanations, interactive activities, practical conversations, and positive encouragement. I want my students to feel comfortable making mistakes because I believe mistakes are an important part of learning.

My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive, and supportive. I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable, encouraged, and actively involved in the lesson. I use simple explanations, guided practice, questioning, repetition, real-life examples, visual aids, gestures, and engaging activities to make English easier to understand and remember.
For younger learners, I incorporate props, toys, TPR (Total Physical Response), games, and positive reinforcement to maintain their attention and make learning enjoyable. For older learners and adults, I adapt my lessons to their goals and focus on practical communication, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, fluency, and confidence.
