About Erlend Urkedal
Hi!
I am a qualified lecturer with a master's in English linguistics. How one acquires a second language is something that I find incredibly exciting, and especially how one can do this in many different and varied methods.
For several years I have taught at a secondary school here in Norway, and have a lot of experience in creating teaching plans at various levels - and can guarantee that your needs will be met.
In addition, I have taught at the university where I have worked with student teachers in English. Here I have prepared students on how to approach a teaching situation where learning English is inspiring, motivating, fun, sometimes demanding, and where a sense of mastery is in focus.

After several years of experience teaching English at upper secondary school and at university, I can guarantee that I know how to adapt teaching to your needs and what you want to achieve.
Regardless of whether your needs are that you want to land your dream job, improve your grades, get better at presentations, be able to hold longer and more advanced conversations, develop your vocabulary, read academic texts, etc., together we will come up with a varied plan that gives you effective learning outcomes. Each lesson lasts either 60 or 90 minutes.
At upper secondary level, I have in-depth knowledge of all the curricula in English - both in the general subject English, and in the various program subjects in English.
All levels are welcome! It doesn't matter whether you are at beginner level or more advanced - The focus is anyway on you getting the most learning benefit possible based on the level you are at.
