About Joseph
I am an Acting Graduate from the World's Number 3 ranked Drama School, The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland- past students include James Mcavoy, David Tenneant and Ncuti Gatwa. I am a graduate of the prestigious Open Door programme under mentoring from Artistic Director David Mumeni, a finalist for the BBC’s Carlton Hobbs Radio competition as well as a graduate of the Young Vic’s Directors programme under tutelage of the Manchester Royal Exchange’s Associate Director Roy Alexander Weise.

I base my classes on the needs and wants of my students. Whether you are looking to audition for drama school, preparing for screen auditions or looking to work on developing professional practice. I am a kind and compassionate tutor who tailors lessons to each individual and exactly how they would like to work.
I believe anyone is capable of achieving anything they put their minds to and I strive to continue to help enable actors to grow and actualise their dreams and full potential.
My work revolves predominately around Declan Donlans methodologies from ‘Actor And The Target’ in tandem with Stanislavsky’s essential questions. All truthful good acting is about what we are doing to the other person. It is always a selfless act of giving to our partner or imagined person in a monologue.
My most recent student has gained a place at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and is now entering her 2nd year of BA Musical Theatre Training.
