About Julia

I am a Hatha Yoga teacher passionate about "better-being" and natural sciences. I have been officially teaching in France and abroad for 1 year thanks to my Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda training carried out in India in 2019 (Yoga Alliance certified training). Apart from the physical discipline of yoga, I practice different activities related to self-accomplishment and the world around us: gardening (permaculture), herbal medicine, lithotherapy (mineral medicine), music, ...

About the lesson

I take particular attention in the transmission of traditions and the development of personal fulfillment. My courses are structured according to the needs / requests of each and adapted to all levels. The whole thing is about having fun and above all feeling good! The general structure of a course is as follows:
- Brief meditation and / or traditional song and / or quotes / Intention - Breathing exercise
- Warm-up / Sun salutations (or Moon salutations)
- Postures: work on a sequence or a posture or Vinyasa Flow
- Resting time: Shavasana / yoga Nidra / traditional song / meditation / breathing exercise

I have the will to make yoga possible for all. 20€ is the price for everybody, every level and for 1 hour class. However I highly recommend classes of an hour and a half (25€) that really allow more comfort to work.
Video chat classes are possible all around the world.
