Great at communicating concepts and helping you understand them, very patient

Liana is such a great German teacher! As someone who started with almost no knowledge of the language, I was pretty nervous at first — but she made everything feel super approachable from day one. She’s patient, encouraging, and really good at explaining things in a way that makes sense, even if you’ve never studied German before.

What I love most is how comfortable it feels to learn with her. She never makes you feel bad for making mistakes (which I do a lot!), and she always finds fun ways to help things stick — whether it’s through conversation, little games, or cultural tips. Her lessons are always relaxed but still structured, so I leave every session feeling like I’ve learned something real.

If you’re just starting out and want someone who’s kind, clear, and supportive, I couldn’t rec her more!
