About Steven
I am a native speaker of English and I have been giving English tutorials for those who are learning English as a foreign Language for just over eight years both in the UK and abroad. I have learned a foreign language and I am currently learning my fourth (Turkish) so I know the challenges and difficulties people face when learning a foreign language.

My teaching style is very flexible as I strongly believe that people learn in different ways and so it is important that, as a tutor, I am able to adapt my methodology to suit the learner. Previously, I have taught people from a wide range of ages, both children and adults, as well as range of abilities (A1-C1 as per the CEFR). I have taught both key skills and basic useful every day languages up to exam preparation, particularly for the IELTS exam.
