About Laura
I am a Fine Art graduate. I started taking drawing and painting lessons at 7 years old, and illustration and comic lessons as a teen. I love exploring different processes and techniques and I am highly interested in materials and their properties. I believe that aiding to develop critical thinking from a young age can be really beneficial to someone's art practice as well as to inspire curiosity and creativity, skills that will be key in all areas of life.

Hi, thanks for stopping by! I'm Laura. A Fine Art graduate specialising in 2D (drawing and painting), 3D (sculpture, installation, and 3D painting) and digital art (illustration, 3D modelling, animation, moving image). Do you want to learn how to draw, how to paint, or improve your skills? Do you want to experiment with different media, discover new techniques and find new ways to express yourself? I would love to join you and guide you through your own practice! Whether you are just getting started or in the middle of your artistic journey, regardless of your age, I will help you develop techniques, explore different working methods and engage in critical thinking. I offer classes for all ages, focusing on what you or your child is interested in learning or developing. From basic drawing (understanding shapes, light and shadow, relationships and proportions), painting (colour theory, texture) to preparing your portfolio for Art School. From developing an interest in art, getting messy and heightening creativity to technique based exercises. I hope to hear from you soon! *I also speak Spanish, so just hola at me if you want your lessons to be in Spanish :)
