About Ane
Sat Nam! I am an experienced Kundalini Yoga teacher, a lover of life and an eternal student of the subtle world, dedicated to deepening my knowledge of spiritual development and have been for over 15 years. My passion is helping people heal their physical, emotional and mental wounds, so they can walk towards a greater version of themselves.
My mission is to unveil dormant masters (yes, there's one inside you!) and bring gentle yet potent actions to overcome life struggles. As a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, I will show you this fantastic technology of self-awareness that has completely transformed my life. Sharing the yogic wisdom is something that makes me truly happy and fulfilled.
I offer a holistic approach by teaching yoga and meditation classes that will help you overcome your personal issues, I will also mentor you, offering guidance to the implementation of a yogic lifestyle and yogic tools that will facilitate major changes flourishment in your life.
At the moment I am specializing in Kundalini Yoga for Addictions (food, relationships, drugs & alcohol, IT and so on) and Breaking Unhealthy Patterns of the Mind (we all have those!).

My classes are designed for those who are willing to step out of their comfort zone and to confront themselves. NO experience in Yoga is necessary, only your willingness to change. :)
Classes include kriya (set of exercises with body postures, breathwork, mantras, hand positions and body locks), meditation, relaxation with a gong bath, yogic mentoring (lifestyle tools that you can implement in your daily-basis and yogic homework). This is all part of the pack, but it will really depend on how deep you want to go in your practice, I am here for you. :)
