About Mason
I'm a driven and community-oriented student at Indiana University, pursuing my degree at the Kelley School of Business and planning to attend law school in the coming years. My time at Kelley has deepened my analytical and strategic thinking skills while fueling my interest in law, business, and public service. With this expertise, I feel I'll be able to help you tackle whatever content is coming your way. I am also the president of a fraternity of almost 200 members which has developed strong leadership and organizational abilities through managing operations and leading philanthropic initiatives. I am an enthusiastic individual with social awareness, making me capable of tailoring my lessons to what students prefer. I am a strong orator and can lecture but can work through content and dig deep with students looking for a more interactive approach. I emphasize with students and make an effort to help them comprehend and retain ideas in an engaging and supportive way.
A typical lesson plan may look like this...
-Personal Introduction/Check In (2 mins)
-Review of any content a student desires we review (2-10 mins)
-Brief summary of the goal of what is being performed during the session (2 mins)
-Explanation of content while I work through a examples (20mins)
-Example problems for the student (15 mins)
-Review of content and any questions to wrap up (10 mins)
