About Hazel

Hi! I’m a dedicated and patient junior in high school who enjoys teaching and helping others succeed. I am responsible, organized, and committed to making sure every student feels comfortable and supported during lessons. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to fit their needs and learning pace. I focus on explaining concepts clearly, practicing problems together, and making sure students understand the material before moving forward. I tutor middle school students in math and science, including biology. My goal is to help students improve their grades, feel more confident in school, and develop a positive attitude toward learning. I will always come prepared, be patient, and do my best to help every student succeed!

About the lesson

I am a junior in high school who is outgoing, patient, kind, and passionate about helping kids learn. My teaching style is friendly, supportive, and interactive. I like to explain things in simple ways, use examples, and make sure students understand before moving on. A typical lesson would include reviewing what the student is learning in class, practicing problems together, and answering questions. I want students to feel comfortable asking for help and making mistakes. I tutor middle school students in math and science, especially biology, and my goal is to help them build confidence, improve their grades, and enjoy learning!
