About Ethan

Hello! I’m Ethan, and I am an actuarial science student at Florida State university. From a young age, my passion for math has driven me to excel. I scored a 780 on the math section of the SAT and a 35 on the math section of the ACT. I have always been the person that others turn to for help. I am excited to work together to make your math journey both enlightening and enjoyable.

About the lesson

My tutoring method emphasizes a deep understanding of concepts over memorization. I believe in explaining not only how to solve problems but also why certain methods are used. My lesson plans involve reviewing previous topics, introducing new material with explanations, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice. This personalized approach is adaptable to different learning styles and aims to ensure comprehension.

What sets me apart is my expertise in math, focus on understanding, and ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms. My lessons cater to a range of students, from high school to college levels, who want to grasp math deeply rather than relying on memorization.
