About Vivian
My interest in Yoga started 20 years ago when I began practicing meditation and attend to Vajrayana Buddhist retreats. Getting in touch with my inner self and contemplating the basic qualities of compassion, love, equanimity and joy, I gradually learned to be more connected with my physical and mental body. This connection, of listening, being aware and moving within one's physical limits is one of the fundamental concepts of Yoga practice.
400+ hrs of training, 14 years experience teaching kids and adults (private and group classes).

Controlled breathing exercise (Pranayama), physical posture practices (Asanas) and introduction to meditation and mindfulness techniques. Yoga practice allows us to bring our attention to the present moment, teaches us to practice self-care, compassion and self-love for our physical body and mental health.
