About Davide

Hello! Ciao!

I'm a native Italian speaker with over ten years experience in tutoring.

I am passionate and I look forward to being able to help any student that would need assistance in learning my beautiful language.
That goes for children and adults raging from beginners to advance/professionals including special training for job interviews.

My wife and I have 3 young children who are bilingual. Here comes my experience in teaching the language to young students.
Having fun and learning is just the perfect combination!

About the lesson

My lessons are focused on the goals identified by the students.
I always prepare the lessons in advance and I provide material to the student prior to the beginning of the lesson in case they wish to print it out.

The first part of the lesson is revising the homework, answering questions and general Italian conversation (yes, even for beginners lol).
The second part is about the new subject which can be grammar, listening or writing.
To finish I recap what we have done during the lesson and set the homework for the next lesson. Some students like to book the next lesson at this point to have priority.

My teaching style is sympathetic and understanding. I ultimately want to see students achieving their goals and therefore I strive to be a part of their journey!

I met Davide through an Italian friend of mine many years ago. Davide makes learning Italian less scary! He is patient and I wanted to learn the basics for travel but I got a lot more out of the lessons than I planned. He is super fun and breaks down the Grammer in a way that is easy to understand. I would definitely recommend him and I just gifted a few lessons to a friend of mine who is going to Italy for Christmas!

For years I’ve been struggling to learn Italian, mainly through my academic capabilities and lack of conviction to do it. Davide is a straight forward and understanding tutor with a huge pool of enthusiasm which motivated me. Could not recommend him enough! 5* from me!

It is with great pleasure to recommend Davide as a trustworthy tutor. I have known Davide for 2 years and within that period he has shown great enthusiasm for teaching and educating his language, the Italian culture and foods.

Davide also had personal qualities that are commendable. In the two years that I have known him, he has been supportive, loyal and extremely caring towards his pupils, friends and family. Resulting in them feeling more confident whilst learning something new.

In conclusion, I feel that Davide has both the academic and personal qualities to be a credit to Superprof and I give him my recommendation without reservation.
