About Prem
I am an authentic Yoga instructor from India, Even after being the instructor- I have practised hatha-yoga for two years and I specialise in Ashtanga Yoga. I believe yoga is the fundamental thing that builds us mentally, physically and spiritually. Also meditating daily can improve Mindfulness, awareness and our consciousness.
