I would dress in a proper dress code to show respect but not over dress just to show that I am not trying to intimidate anyone or make anyone feel inferior, I would show my credentials to prove that I well trained and take my job serious, I’d be fair and impartial to the students without singling anyone out! We are all here to learn!

I could bring objects or toys that people can relate to and have them guess the names of each! I would write on boards about about grammar points and draw figures to explain an objet or a person
