About Jorge Andrés
I am an English teacher and an international businessman. Trilingual. I have more than three years of experience in informal English teaching. I am an international businessman by profession and an extremely passionate linguist as a lifelong hobby, understanding linguist as a language enthusiast in general. In addition to Spanish and English, I can also speak Mandarin Chinese at an advanced level. I have lived and worked in China teaching English in formal and informal contexts for a year (2018-2019) .

I am really passionate about learning and teaching foreign languages and due to this, I have a wide perspective in regards to the process of acquiring a new language, a perspective that I enjoy sharing with my apprentice. My preferred teaching approach is fostering the apprentice's development of self-learning skills, which will allow him to progress more efficiently in the process of acquiring a new language while enjoying the process. Based on my experience, I have developed a logically structured agenda that guides the process from the most elementary level to the pre-intermediate level; when the methodology changes radically towards a conversational approach rather than a grammar-oriented one. Special emphasis on good pronunciation from the very first second.
