About Vaanya
About me-
Vaanya, this is how my parents named me 38 years ago. I was born and raised in Prayagraj, the ancient holy city of India.
A phrase that could define me is "Be an eternal sunshine to your spotted life."
Everyone's life is a roller coaster drive of ups and downs, and so is mine. Being born with a genetically inflexible body, Yoga offered me to remain centered amid turbulence and wisdom to manage it all gracefully. It taught me to be myself, cherish all my faults, and be authentic.
To me yoga isn't a mere repetition of certain poses/asanas, it is something that spanned from the very physical nature of the body to a subjective feeling of calmness and unity in my mind.
It is the unison of my body, mind, and soul. It taught me a lesson that I deeply absorbed into my belief system is, " Even after winning a thousand battles, If you lose yourself, then you've won nothing."
