About Christiaan

I am an International educator with three degrees (two Bachelor of Science and one teaching degree) and more than 5 years teaching experience from learners ranging from high school to university level. I have taught thousands of students physically and hundreds of students online using a variety of teaching methods and materials. I provide IB, IEB, GCSE and NSC curriculum material for a range of subjects to adequately prepare you for your examinations.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is simple, in the best interest of the learner. I adapt my lessons to suit the eager student and manage their learning by scaffolding their existing knowledge and building on it with unique teaching methods, ideas and experiences. It is the job of the educator to make learning engaging and help the student understand their material, and not to rote learn pages of information. Once the principals of any scientific method are taught effectively, the students will have all the tools necessary to exceed in their studies, and potentially in life.
