About Diana

I am a professor of aerial acrobatics in fabrics, I am training as an acroyoga teacher and I teach yoga and acroyoga classes 5 years ago. I love sharing knowledge and helping each being to evolve according to its rhythm and disposition.

About the lesson

My teaching methods are the main ones of traditional yoga, concentration in body, mind and breathing. The best study technique is the one we carry out in practice. As Pattabi Jois said "Practice and all is coming" adapting to our daily needs.
