About Axel
I am a passionate ESL tutor with 14 years of experience teaching high school and college students. I enjoy helping students improve their English and become confident in communication. Over the years, I have taught around 150 to 200 students, which has helped me understand different learning styles and needs. I focus on grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and writing to build a strong foundation.
One of my proudest milestones is seeing students grow from basic learners into confident speakers. Many of my students have improved their academic performance and communication skills. My teaching style is simple, friendly, and interactive.
I encourage students to practise regularly and ask questions freely. I believe every student can succeed with the right support, and I am dedicated to helping them achieve their goals.

I follow a practical and student-centred ESL teaching approach that focuses on real-world communication and continuous improvement. I use real-life examples and case studies to connect lessons with everyday situations, making learning more relatable and easy to understand. This helps students apply English confidently in their daily lives.
I motivate students by encouraging them and supporting their progress in a positive learning environment. I include problem-solving activities such as role-plays, discussions, debates, and real-life exercises that improve both communication and thinking skills.
I believe in integrity, so I provide honest and clear feedback that helps students understand their progress and areas for improvement. I also use a flexible teaching style, adjusting lessons based on each student’s needs, learning pace, and goals. Along with ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing skills to support overall language growth.
