About Sukh

Sukh is a Yoga and swimming instructor with an experience of more than 14 years. Sukh has been practicing Yoga since 2008 with some significant achievements in this field. - Gold Medalist: World Yoga Championship, Malaysia (2015) - Bronze Medalist: Asian Yoga Championship, Thailand (2015) -Selected in World Yoga Championship to be held in February 2023 by Yoga Ministry of Canada.

About the lesson

If you want to be more flexible, reduce discomfort, build more muscle, or lose weight. Sukh can assist you with a programme that is appropriate for your needs.
This course is a practical introduction to yoga, you will learn the Sun Salutations, asanas, pranayama practises, and meditation to enhance your flexibility and posture as well as to experience tranquilly and relaxation.

Perfect! I have been doing Yoga with Sukh for 6 months. She always provides a fun and instructive lesson, and caters the lesson to my needs and progress. She is flexible with times and very reliable. I have absolutely loved our time together - highly recommended!!

Sukh has been our personal yoga teacher for more than a month now. I have attended yoga classes in a group environment, but l can say that by far the lessons and yoga training has been far superior to have experienced on personal level. She is an excellent teacher, taking into consideration the health and welfare of the pupil. It was no surprise when we heard she had won a gold medal in world yoga competition.
I would highly recommend her.
