About Khushboo
I'm an IIM graduate with over 5 years of experience working with GMAT and GRE students across more than 10 countries, including a strong base of students in Singapore.
Before I was a tutor, I was a student navigating high-stakes exams myself, and that experience shapes everything about how I teach. I know what it feels like to be time-poor, to hit a plateau after weeks of preparation, and to wonder whether the approach is actually working. For most of my students in Singapore, preparation happens alongside full-time work or a demanding academic schedule, and that context matters. I build around your life, not around a fixed syllabus.
My background is in economics and quantitative methods, which gives me a strong foundation in the Quant sections specifically. But I work equally across Verbal, because for most students that's where the real gap between effort and score tends to sit.
What I focus on is getting to the root of why a student is losing points, not just giving them more practice material. Sometimes it's a conceptual gap. Sometimes it's timing and decision-making under pressure. Sometimes it's that the fundamentals were never properly consolidated. Whatever it is, we work on it directly and deliberately.
Students I have worked with have gone on to receive admits from universities including Yale, Duke, and leading European and Singaporean institutions.

***How I Work with Students
My starting point is always your specific profile. Where are you currently scoring, where do you want to get to, and what's actually standing in the way. Before we build a preparation plan, I want to understand how you think through problems, where your reasoning breaks down, and what your error patterns are telling us. That diagnostic work shapes everything that follows.
***What a Typical Session Looks Like
Sessions move through concept work, guided problem-solving, and error analysis. The focus within that changes depending on where you are and what you need. Some students come in needing to rebuild fundamentals. Others are scoring well on content but losing points to timing and decision-making under pressure. Some want to work section by section, others need a full strategy overhaul. The structure adapts to that rather than following a fixed sequence. As preparation progresses, sessions shift increasingly toward the specific areas where you are still leaving points behind.
***What Makes This Different
I work on both the understanding and the strategy layer, and I don't treat them as separate things. Shortcuts only hold up in an exam if the foundation is solid, so we fix what needs fixing first and then build smart exam technique on top of that. Everything is tailored to where you are, so we are not covering ground you don't need or skipping things that are quietly costing you points.
***Who This Is For
I work with students and professionals at all stages, whether you are just beginning your preparation, have already studied independently and feel stuck, or are in the final stretch and need targeted help to close the gap.

I came to Khushboo scoring around 1200 and honestly feeling like I had hit a wall. I had been preparing on my own for months but couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. Math was the biggest problem. I understood the concepts in theory but kept making mistakes on the actual test and couldn't work out why.
From the first session, she didn't just give me more practice problems. She sat with me and worked through how I was thinking about questions, and that's where it clicked. The issue wasn't that I didn't know the material. It was how I was approaching problems under time pressure. We worked on that specifically, and slowly the errors started making sense instead of just feeling random.
What I didn't expect was how much calmer I felt going into the exam. Preparation had always felt stressful before, but by the end I actually felt ready. I scored 1550, which genuinely didn't feel possible when I started. More than the number, I finally felt like I understood what I was doing and why.
If you're stuck around that 1200 mark and putting in effort without seeing results, I'd say just try one session. It's a different experience from typical tutoring.View more recommendations
