About Richards
I have many complimentary skills to obtain a well centred training method for peoples development.
Having trained to the level of 1st Degree Master in Martial Arts, obtained qualifications in fitness, nutrition, Phycology and stress management, and developing a movement into Traditional Massages. I have been coaching since 1995, and continue to develop all ages of people to help with a wide range of issues.
Be it the health of your body, mind or soul, a systematic program can be tailored to your personal needs, with continued support for you to reach and maintain your goals.

The teaching method has been nurtured from various sources, to reach a systematic approach to the goals or issues required. to establish a foundation of good growth, and continued support to insure the best possible results.
We assess your negative expressions and change those habits using mind development in reasoning and behaviour recognition to help change, and decrease any stress or anxiety within ones being.
Teaching methods have developed in experience from Martial Arts, Phycology, Stress Management, Taoism, Hermetic study and teaching.
