I am a flexible and organized educational professional with 19 years of teaching expertise and an ability to explain complicated mathematical concepts in an easily understandable manner. I have a talent for employing unique, encouraging strategies to effectively engage all students and create a fun learning environment. I am encouraging and patient, providing individual support for students struggling with math concepts. I quickly develop positive relationships with students and parents to foster a friendly and supportive environment. I am fluent in written and verbal English, Hindi, and Gujarati, as well as proficient in Urdu and Sanskrit.

I have earned a Master’s degree in Mathematics. Throughout my teaching career, I have had the opportunity to teach Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Precalculus, AP Precalculus, Calculus, and Multivariable Calculus to students at all ability levels, including Special Education students and those performing below, at, and above grade level. I have been highly successful in meeting the diverse needs of my students by differentiating instruction, accommodating various learning styles, providing both in-class and extracurricular support, and integrating effective instructional strategies and resources. Over the past 19 years, my students—including Special Education students—have consistently achieved an SOL pass rate of over 90%. In AP Calculus AB, my students also maintain a strong AP Exam pass rate, with many earning scores of 3 or higher.
