I’m Noopur, a mom to a one-year-old, on a journey of following my intuition and discovering my true strengths through my yoga practice. I want to teach to empower other women, build a supportive community, and guide fellow spiritual practitioners through the lessons I’ve learned. Let's grow together!

About the lesson

As a fellow mum balancing a busy career, I understand the constant juggle of doing for others and forgetting yourself. My private yoga sessions focus on mindfulness, helping you embrace where you are in life, find inner alignment, and recharge, so you can channel your energy back into what matters most.
