After teaching at different levels, I find that each learner requires special attention regarding the method that could be used to succeed in speaking and understanding a foreign language easily. Therefore, I carry out a level test at the very beginning and then a conversation in order to clearly identify the gaps but especially the expectations of the learner to design a personalized learning program. This method applies to adults, individuals as well as professionals. Regarding the support courses for primary, college and high school, the method consists in strengthening the national program by adding a certain flexibility.
