As a passionate and heart-led yoga teacher, I specialize in Hatha, flow, kids yoga, and mommy & me classes. My teaching style blends mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle guidance to help students of all ages feel grounded, empowered, and connected. I create a warm, welcoming space where everyone—from busy moms to playful toddlers—can find joy, balance, and strength both on and off the mat. My goal is to make yoga accessible, nurturing, and meaningful for every body and every stage of life.
