First of all Sonia mam is way too polite and really very sweet which is the best quality of her I guess, because being a student I know ki students apne doubts confidently clear isliye nai kr paate because we sometimes you know fear the reaction of our teachers and then following with embarrassment in front of other students in class, but Sonia mam se aap aaram se conversation kr skte ho she’s always available to you even when you contact her personally. Also one more thing, mam is not at all partial she keeps all her students equal which is one more thing I like in her. Rest I have never met or seen her in real because I’m in 2nd year right now and when she started teaching my class this Corona thing was going on. But ya she’s amazing and knows her duty very well.
