About Valentina
Psychologist by profession, a yoga practitioner for more than 10 years, trained as a Hatha Yoga instructor in 2016. In my years of practice I have been able to experience the benefits of yoga on my physical, mental and emotional health and well-being. I like to share what I have learned through my practice, combining my knowledge in both disciplines for a much more complete experience. I teach beginner and intermediate level classes, adapting to the particularities of each person. You do not need to be flexible or have previous experience, yoga and its benefits are for everyone! And it's always a good day to start :)

My classes consist of a brief initial meditation where we focus our attention on the breath and the sensations of our body. Then, we go to the practice of asanas / postures in order to generate heat and thus activate our muscles and joints. The sequences of postures help us to know, flex and strengthen our physical, mental and emotional bodies. According to the objective of each class, we will go deeper into what we want to work on; leg strengthening, hip opening, flexion or spinal extension are some of the possibilities. In addition, each posture is followed by its counterpart, the purpose of which is to balance the movements made. Finally, in the last minutes of the class I will guide you through conscious relaxation, a key moment of practice, where our body receives all the benefits of the postures previously performed. Encourage you to know this discipline! I assure you that you will be surprised and will certainly contribute to your health and well-being :)
