About Riddhi
I'm a certified yoga teacher (200-hour YTT) with a practice rooted in yoga philosophy, breathwork, and meditation. I currently teach a weekly class at the studio where I trained. Through my own practice, I've experienced firsthand the calmness yoga allows in the face of adversity — it has carried me through various challenges in both my personal and professional life. I'm passionate about guiding students toward that same nervous system regulation, present-moment awareness, and mind-body connection, on and off the mat.

This practice blends yoga philosophy with physical movement to unite mind, body, and breath, regulating the nervous system and balancing analytical and creative energy. The intention is to connect with the present moment, allowing students to exercise focus and experience peace both on and off the mat.
A typical lesson includes:
Grounding → Warm-up → Classical Sun Salutations → Standing Postures → Balancing Postures → Twisting Postures → Breathwork → Meditation
Who it's for:
Open to all levels, this practice is best suited for those seeking a slower, more introspective style of yoga — less about achieving the perfect pose, more about deepening the connection between mind, body, and breath.
