About Ana
In 2019 I decided to take a trip, alone, through Asia indefinitely. Yoga, which had been part of my life since I was 16 years old, was becoming more and more present, which led me to take a yoga teacher course (YTTC 200h Yoga Alliance) at "The Yoga Institute", Mumbai (India). During my 8 months of travel I participated in 3 volunteer projects, in two of the projects I gave yoga classes, did a vipassana meditation retreat (10 days in silence), in India, and a mindfulness retreat, in Thailand.

My main goal is that all people can have access to the benefits of yoga.

In yoga classes I try, above all, that students develop self-knowledge not only of their physical body, but also of their mind and energy. A yoga teacher is actually a guide and each student's body is their teacher.
My classes are for all levels and can include breathing exercises, meditation, relaxation and asanas. In addition, they can count on my sympathy and dedication.
