About Sarah
I have acquired in-depth knowledge about postures, breathing techniques, mantra meditation, yoga floating techniques, chakra balancing and life coaching fundamentals. A background at sea for over 10 years trained me on diverse Safety courses for Personnel nominated to assist passengers in emergencies (STCW 95 A-VI/1), First Aid, Crowd & Crisis Management, Human Behaviour, Crew Safety Awareness, and Personal Survival Techniques. Along my personal path, I have gained professional experience in designing and leading flow, hatha yoga, and meditation classes, teaching students aged 10-90.

Design online and offline yoga class sequences integrated with mindfulness practices, for beginner and advanced students. Demonstrate postures and support students in finding their right poses. Help each student to develop their body and mind awareness, and physical strength. Lead group meditation sessions. Maintain positive relationships with students and immediately address any concerns. Ensured safety and students' comfort during the classes.
