I've worked in the wellbeing industry for 5 years and have experience helping a wide range of clients reach their wellbeing goals. In addition to my Hatha Yoga, I am also a qualified transformational coach and herbal practitioner, and can offer support and advice on all aspects of health-- from the mind to the body.
