About Marion

I discovered yoga during my studies, and my practice has been a great help to me in dealing with the stress and pressure of exams - and still today in my everyday life. Yoga allows me to connect my body and my mind, and to move without focusing on results or performance. Little by little, it allowed me to gain in flexibility, strength, and focus.

I quickly felt like sharing this passion and, after five years of practice, I followed a 200 hour training and obtained a teaching certificate in Hatha - Vinyasa recognized by Yoga Alliance. I enjoy communicating my enthusiasm and "demystifying" this discipline, to make it accessible to as many people as possible.

About the lesson

There are as many yogas as there are people who practice it ! I adapt to your wants and your goals in order to offer you sequences that suit you. I build your classes on the basis of a short form aiming to better understand your expectations, because I want to make you discover all that yoga can bring you.

A class usually begins with breathing exercises, then we go through the postures, letting the breath serve as a guide. Finally, a well-deserved relaxation and meditation session!
