About the lesson

My method is totally different from others. I.e the basic thing any individual requires is motivation and courage with proper guidance.
Each and every person might at times think what others wud say if they do exercise and don't continue or might laugh and make fun of you ....I will teach you to tackle those issues and move ahead....

The class is completely upto the mark I must say your health is definitely my priority. The charge of 1 hour session is definitely 999/- but if you take 5 classes package - 4499/- . And for 10 classes it goes a package of 8999/-
