About Maya
My name is Maya Mistry and and become a teacher because I enjoy seeing the happiness on children’s faces when they have understood something. I love helping children do the best they can and love to see the progress they make.

I like to make my lessons personal to the student. So if they enjoy a particular thing (I.e. cars) I will try and incorporate that into the activities. I make the lessons fun and engaging by making sure I’m not doing all the talking.
