About Beatrice
I am a university student with a high school degree in languages and I have a C1 level IELTS certification. For about two years I have been teaching English to struggling students, focusing mainly on students facing the transition between middle school and high school.

As far as I'm concerned, I try not to approach the English language only from a scholastic point of view. Of course, I focus on the school curriculum and follow the immediate needs of the student, such as preparation for an oral or written exam, but at the same time I am committed to stimulating the student towards an interest in the English language as a useful and necessary tool for navigating the world today. This means, for example, the assignment of tasks such as watching a film in the original language or reading and understanding a text.
