As a Yoga instructor with ADHD and depression, I'm very passionate about the positive impacts of movement not just for our physical but also mental wellbeing. Exercise and Yoga are my safety and escape. This also reflects in my teaching style - I will always respect your space and adjust my approach to you according to your needs.
